Product Description
The Application Area of vibrating sieve separator machine
1.Grading: separation of particles into groups of comparable size from the materials.
2.Filtering: removal of solids from liquids and slurries.
3.Reclamation: removal of the solids from waste product or clarification of waste liquor for further use.
4.Screening: separation of a few oversize particles from a quantity of materials.
5.Liquid cleaning: cleaning of wastewater or removing the solids from recirculation liquid.

Working principle of vibrating screen
It's vertical motor, which is installed with eccentric hammers on the top and bottom, regarded as a vibratory source. The eccentric hammers change the track of rotation in to horizontal, vertical and inclined movement, and then pass the movement to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weight can change trajectories of the materials on the sieve .
"SY ultrasonic vibrating sieve shaker " is equipped with the smart ultrasonic control transducer which can convert 220V,50HZ single phase or 110V 60HZ single phase to the 30-36KHZ high frequency energy so as to achieve the high efficiency sieving and screen net self cleaning purpose.On the basis of traditional vibrating screen, there is an additional ultrasonic vibrating mechanical wave of low amplitude and high frequency on the screening mesh.The wave can improve the screening performance of the super fine powder.
