Working principle of square swing screen:
From the perspective of the trajectory of the sieve body, that is, the sieve movement of the sieve box, the square type swing screen is also called the reciprocating screen. The vibration force generated by the driving device is an inertial force that changes in a certain direction around the axis and the direction is eccentric. The reciprocating inertial force formed by the rotation of the fixed axis.
According to the structural characteristics and working principle of the square swing screen, the screen surface is generally horizontal or slightly inclined (inclination angle is 0°~5°). The working principle of the square swing screen is that after the sieve machine is started, the sieve shaker, that is, the sieve box, reciprocates back and forth under the action of inertial force, and the sieve box drives the sieve surface to periodically shake, so that the material on the sieve surface is matched with the sieve box. The plane rotary motion is used together. During this period, the material smaller than the aperture of the sieve surface falls through the sieve hole to the lower layer, and becomes the undersize material. The material larger than the aperture of the sieve surface is discharged from the discharge opening after continuous rolling and jumping movement, and finally the screening work is completed.
