Vertical conveyors can be also called vertical elevators, spiral conveyors, spiral elevators, etc.

Vertical conveyor is applicable to convey and lift materials of powder, block, and short fiber. The materials can not only be lifted but also dried and cooled during the process of lifting.

According to the customer's special request, a vertical conveyor can also be designed to classify the materials and convey flammable and explosive materials.
 

Structure- Vertical vibrating elevator 

A vertical conveyor consists of a vertical screw slot, two vibration motors, shocking-absorb system, and a bottom frame, etc.

Working principle-  Vertical vibrating elevator 

The vertical conveyor uses two vibration motors as vibration source, transporting the material along the spiral groove upward by making use of synthetic amplitude of the two vibration motors. In the process of moving up, the material also can be dried or cooled at the same time.
