Ultrasonic vibrating screen, also known as ultrasonic rotary vibrating screen, high efficiency vibrating screen, circular ultrasonic vibrating screen.
Ultrasonic Vibrating sieving machine is a new vibrating sieve machine combining ultrasonic generator and round separator, in addition to three-dimensional round separator itself, Ultrasonic round separator overlaps ultrasonic vibrating on the screen surface, which effectively solves the materials difficult to screen, such as: various high electrostatic, superfine, strong adsorption, easily aggregated, light relative density materials. Ultrasonic round separator not only avoids to block the screening mesh but also increases the screening capacity and accuracy, achieving the purpose of fast screening and cleaning.
SYC ultrasonic vibrating screen is installed on the basis of the working principle of rotary vibrating screen, ultrasonic device. Ultrasonic screen is composed by ultrasonic power box,transducer,and resonance ring. The high-frequency electric oscillation generated by the ultrasonic controller is converted into a high-frequency sinusoidal longitudinal oscillation wave by a converter.These oscillation waves are transmitted to the resonance ring then uniformly to the sieve surface,thus can make fine screening works.Raw material doing low-frequency Three-D vibration,while ultrasonic vibrations,can prevent clogging screen mesh,but also improve the capacity and accuracy of screening.
