Then pneumatic discharge door will open, and the powder will fall into received equipment, The discharge door is closed automatically when finish feeding.then the whole conveying process start again

 

Working Principle:

When the compressed air is supplied to the vacuum generator, the vacuum generator generates negative pressure to form vacuum airflow, and the material is sucked into the vacuum hopper. After a certain time, the compressed air is closed, the vacuum of the vacuum feeder disappears, and the material is automatically put into the receiving equipment from the feeding door.
