rinciples of work and motion The main working component of this machine is a rotor equipped with hammers (also known as hammerheads). The rotor consists of a main shaft, discs, pins, and hammers. The electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber. Material is fed into the machine through the upper feed opening and is crushed by the impact, striking, shearing, and grinding action of the high-speed hammers. Below the rotor of the hammer crusher, there is a screen plate. Particle sizes smaller than the screen holes pass through the screen plate and are discharged, while coarse particles larger than the screen holes are retained on the screen plate to continue receiving impact and grinding from the hammers before eventually being discharged out of the machine through the screen plate. This equipment allows for adjustment of the grate bar clearance according to user requirements, changing the discharge particle size to meet the different needs of various users. It is characterized by its simple structure, large crushing ratio, and high production efficiency.
