Vibrating Spiral Feeder is applicable to powder, block, and short fiber, widely used in the fields of chemical, rubber, plastic, medicine, food, metallurgy,  building materials machinery, mining, and other industries. It can be made into an open or closed structure according to different production processing requirements. The machine conveys material by down-up and up in two ways. The closed conveyor can effectively prevent harmful gases and dust from spilling. According to the client's needs, we can change the structure of the machine, so that you can accomplish cooling, drying, screening, and other processes while transporting material.

Working principle

The vertical conveyor uses two vibration motors as vibration sources, transporting the material along the spiral groove upward by making use of the synthetic amplitude of the two vibration motors. In the process of moving up, the material also can be dried or cooled at the same time.
